What better way to have your lunch than at a MACPA Lunch & Learn session. The fee for a session, which is $45 for members and $65 for non-members, covers a deli lunch and stimulating discussions on topics important to the CPA or accounting professional.

The upcoming Lunch & Learn session, Improving the Bottom Line With Activity-Based Concepts is scheduled for August 19. The session covers activity-based costing (ABC), which is used to enhance the value-creating ability of an organization. You’ll learn how the ABC model can be used to improve the quality of an organization’s decisions and actions – improvements that will lead to a much more profitable future.

The session will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:10 p.m. at the MACPA office in Troy. It offers a recommended two accounting and auditing hours.
