Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan provides four plans to MACPA members: Traditional Plan - Comprehensive Master Medical (CMM); Community Blue PPO; Blue Care Network (HMO); and Flexible Blue (HSA).

All members in good standing and their full-time employees are eligible to apply for the plans offered by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. A spouse and unmarried dependents (to age 25) may be added to the member or employee's policy and Michigan residency is required.
