MACPA Member Terminated The MACPA Bylaws [Article XI, Section 4(c)] provide for termination of membership in the Association without a hearing upon the filing of a final judgment of conviction of a felony. The MACPA was notified that member Ronald Sherman Penegor of Iron Mountain, Mich., was convicted of felonious embezzlement of funds. The MACPA Board of Directors approved the termination of Penegor’s membership on January 26, 2006. |
