Today’s Work Ethic Is All “Trumped” Up:
Will the Work Ethic Pendulum Swing?

Join speaker, advisor, author and founder of REACH Development Services, Vince Crew, to learn about critical topics – including ethics – at upcoming courses offered by the Michigan Association of CPAs.

According to Crew, television shows such as NBC’s “The Apprentice” glamorize questionable work ethics too often seen in young professionals today. You can learn what it takes to build strong work ethics at his four-hour morning presentation, Ethics…It’s Your Business, Reputation & Your Future.

Offered at four locations on four different dates, this program will be held at a city near you: Kalamazoo, June 15; Ypsilanti, June 17; Troy, September 9; and Grand Rapids, September 10. This interactive program is worth four ethics credits and will explore the meaning, impact and consequences of professional ethics in today’s accounting practice.

Don’t miss Crew’s four-hour morning presentation of Strategic Planning That Works in a Crazy Market on June 16 in Livonia. From traditional to new methods of planning, this program cuts through the theory and gets to what really works. You’ll hear ways to make critical thinking and results measurable, learn how to recognize the profile of an effective planning team, reorganize organizational and personnel barriers and more.

Crew will also conduct a four-hour morning session, Keeping Your Very Best People, on September 8 in Troy. At this session you’ll learn how to hire, develop and keep the team you deserve – this candid discussion spans corporate America, small business and the nonprofit sector. Developed from Crew’s book of the same name, this session is worth four general CPE credits and is designed for participants with significant exposure to the human resource arena.
