MACPA Officers and Directors Nominated

In accordance with Article VII, Section 2 of the MACPA Bylaws, the Nominations Committee met on May 1, 2006, and nominated officers and directors for terms expiring on the dates listed below. A nomination for any expiring term or vacancy on the Board of Directors and for each elected Officer may be initiated by a petition, signed by at least two percent of the Fellow Members of the Association determined as of June 30 preceding the submission of the petition, and submitted to the Secretary at least one hundred days prior to the date of the Annual Meeting. The nominee so nominated shall be included on the ballot with the designation “nominated by petition.”

The following is a report of the Committee.
