Advice from a Professional
Lawrence V. Roth, CPA
CPA, Registered Investment Consultant, Life Insurance Advisor at Roth and
Company, CPAs, P.C.
35 years in the profession
“The benefits of working as a CPA are many,” Roth said. “I have become a
true professional, knowing more about taxation, financial planning, trust
planning, money management, tax preparation for individual, corporations,
non-profit corporations and trust tax returns. Most importantly, I have
learned how to partner with many other types of businesses.”
Roth on “Why Become a CPA”
“I recommend that students consider becoming a CPA for many reasons, just as
I did,” he said. “They will then have an opportunity for better employment
positions, to be self-employed or branch out to other professions including
insurance brokerage, banking, cost accounting, manufacturing accounting or
become a large company President or Chief Executive Officer
(CEO).”
“Not just anyone can become a CPA. It takes experience, dedication to
studying and a dedication to achieve a license that is widely respected by
business and government leaders throughout the world.”
