Grow the Future of the Accounting Profession

Inform today’s students about accounting careers; open their minds to the possibilities and help to secure the future of your profession.

To accomplish this important charge, CPAs are needed to speak to students at elementary, middle and high school levels.

MACPA has published extensive resources to make the classroom speaking experience beneficial and fun for both the speaker and the student. A comprehensive Speaker’s Toolkit complete with talking points, activities and a PowerPoint presentation are available to support this important message.

To further enhance your speaking engagement, the MACPA provides briefcase displays, which are available at various locations throughout Michigan. These displays are easy to carry and require minimal set-up – plus, you’ll receive maximum attention as you utilize the display which attractively highlights career options available in accounting.

The MACPA has developed these materials to make it easier for members to get students excited about accounting – and we hope you’ll consider taking part in this initiative.
